Cumulative Voting and Sample Ballot

The developer has managed to wrangle about 800 “lots” they say have voting rights (for which they pay exactly $0 in dues). But the way they set up the documents, they get 3 votes per lot in this election. And they can vote more than once for the same person. Get it? So, they can split up their 2400 votes and divide them between two candidates, and keep things just the way they are. But so can you. In this election, you can vote multiple times for the same candidate. If what I’ve said appeals to you, I’m asking for all 3 of your votes, to overcome the built-in developer advantage. Working with sitting Director Dean Getz, I am committed to putting OWNERS’ FIRST in Serrano. We have a huge deficit to overcome, and you’ve seen that the developer is willing to spend big money to keep things just as they are. Please vote, and we WILL do better.

This can get confusing, if you believe in our message, please leverage ALL you votes to put owners in control of our HOA!  Sample ballot can be found HERE.

    • It started yesterday! Ballots are in the mail, and can be completed and mailed back. Remember, you can vote more than once for the same person!!
